| TRADITION MEANS
REVOLUTION The monastery seen from the sky: this is the new symbol that replaces the little horse with lance in rest, which, for complex and somewhat unpleasant reasons, we have had to leave around Bologna. This symbol represents an invitation to everyone to “see us” from above, to understand where we are heading, with whom, why and how. The Montebello hill, where the monastery stands represents human history going back over six hundred years, and it is here that I came in 1971, in pursuit of a dream for a life that would not be wasted. With friends, brothers and sisters, and members, who have joined the concern through the years, we have been faithful to the initial project and today, we are starting with a new challenge, which is that of not taking the soul out of organic farming.
